The Australian Hypnotherapists’ Association came about by a small group of clinical hypnotherapists who had already been practicing for a number of years and who came together because they were determined to set high ethical and professional standards for the hypnotherapy profession in Australia. They searched each other out to support each other and share their knowledge. That happened in 1949 and AHA members have been continuing this practice of sharing their knowledge ever since….

“Gottman’s Sound Relationship House in Practice” Linking Couples’ Theory to Practical Interventions
Gottman Marital Therapy is based on John Gottman’s 40+ years research on relationships and families. His therapeutic approach is based on his Sound Relationship House model of what makes relationships work. In this seminar we will explore the 9 levels of the Sound Relationship House and demonstrate how this model is directly linked to interventions that work with couples to de-escalate conflict, increase emotional engagement and foster shared meaning in relationships.
