Hi, I'm Natasha, I'm a clinical hypnotherapist and strategic psychotherapist. I work with people to help bridge the mind body connection to bring a greater sense of well-being in their life. I’ve been practicing in the health and wellness field since 2009 and in that time, I've treated more than a 1000 people on their own unique paths of the journey of health and healing. I’ve have worked closely with organisations like Solariscare, at various hospitals and clinical settings, helping people through very difficult periods in their life, such as cancer treatments, using my mind and body treatments. Some of the things that I teach in those settings in addition to hypnotherapy are mindfulness, breath work, and the science of mind-body connection, which is an area that I'm deeply passionate about and think we all need to know more about. Physical pain and other types of pain are of course a burden that makes us feel stuck and like we can’t move forward. With science-based mind therapies, and some of my physical therapies as well like reflexology and remedial massage, I’ve managed to help lift that burden and guide people to move forward in a really meaningful and long-lasting way. It makes me happy to see people smiling again, feeling light and unburdened.
